No devices visible the Console

Problem

 

The user logs uses the Console and can login without any problems. However, My, Public and All Devices are completely empty. No devices are visible. If the user uses the webconsole, all devices are visible.

 

Logging

 

The (local) Program Files\LANDESK\ManagementSuite\Log\console.exe.log contains the following error:

 

12/17/2018 16:13:23 INFO  5116:Main Thread RollingLog : Critical Exception: System.Globalization.CultureNotFoundException: Culture is not supported.

Parameter name: culture

3072 (0x0c00) is an invalid culture identifier.

   at System.Globalization.CultureInfo.InitializeFromCultureId(Int32 culture, Boolean useUserOverride)

 

Cause and resolution

 

The system is configured with an incompatible Regional Format Setting. This could be because user defined or Windows configuring this setting based on the language pack detected. Choose a supported format, like English (United States) to fix this.
